Our rooms are designed for both short and long-term stays, with space to settle in, to work, to celebrate. There are views across the skyline and access to one of America’s great neighborhoods.

We took our favorite classic design and updated it for our time. Henrietta’s exterior has a spare modernism, while the interior is warm and evocative.
The lobby contrasts deep green walls and cool marble surfaces—while our art collection is made up of our favorite local painters. The bedrooms have a warm minimalism, with clean lines and natural materials. Henrietta is compelling and relaxed at once.
The lobby features wall coverings by legendary French designer Pierre Frey. Relax around fire pits in the garden or enjoy a cocktail on the porch with views of historic St. Charles Avenue.
Potted palm trees and handpicked vintage and commissioned art from local and global makers are layered throughout the space.
An adjacent colonnaded front porch and terrace offers outdoor seating and features two fire pits and St. Charles Avenue views.
